I am stepping away from my desk, bike and clients for a whole week.
VACATION HERE I COME!
A little excited. I think so.
I'll be in LA and San Diego visiting friends and family. Beach, pool, shopping and dinners are in my very near future.

Here's some ideas I've had regarding fitness and travel. There are no excuses here. Keep moving.
- Check your hotel and see if they have a gym. They might even have group exercise classes.
- Check for guest passes at local gyms. San Diego and LA are known for Barry's Bootcamp. I might see if I can check it out :) 3 classes at $55 is steep, but if it gets you to go move your body while away from your home gym... DO IT.
- Hike, bike, swim, ski. Depending on where you are going there are most likely some outdoor options. Ask locals what activities they do on weekends. Guarantee you'll find some hot spots where the tourist count is wayyyy down.
End result. You're going to feel so much better if you maintain a certain level of physical activity on vacation. So have fun, stay active, keep hydrated and most importantly... relax.
